Our Past
Growing up these pink flyers were everywhere. My mother and her best friend founded the PAWS Pet Sitting business in Rutherford County, NC over 25 years ago. Luann and Linda also were very active in the RC Human Society and ran the RC anti-kill Adoption Center for many years.
They both had officially retired by 2020. Animal Sitting has always been a huge part of my life and it was greatly missed. Over time I knew that the right decision for me was to continue this I am very passionate about. Shortly after business school I began building Paws Pro Pet Sitting!
Paws Pro is a member of PSI (Pet Sitters International), and we are always taking classes to improve our knowledge and capabilities.
Our Family
Paws Pro Pet Sitting was founded by Demmie and David Abramczyk. We have always enjoyed caring for animals and even have a small farm of our own. Demmie graduated from Gardner-Webb University with a Bachelors degree in Business she grew up pet sitting with her mother. David studied agriculture and has had some amazing small farm experiences. We believe that a strong support system is crucial to building the culture of a small business.
